Jennifer Harris, M.A. AMFT

Jennifer is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a passion for supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Child Development & Family Science from California State University, Fresno in 2019 and later pursued a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from National University, San Diego, completing her degree in 2024.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked extensively with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational and childhood adversity, PTSD, OCD, divorce and separation, personal development, stress, anger management, autism, cognitive delays, school-related issues, parenting struggles, and grief.
With specialized training in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Jennifer has significant experience in school-based settings, where she has supported special needs students both in the classroom and in the community. Additionally, her background as a child life specialist has provided her with valuable tools to help children navigate medical challenges, understand their illness or injury, and feel more at ease during treatments and hospital visits.
Jennifer takes an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring her interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. Utilizing evidence-based practices, she creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, build resilience, and experience meaningful personal growth.
As an active member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), Jennifer remains committed to professional development and ethical practice. She is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward healing, emotional well-being, and personal fulfillment.
