Dr. Vernice Nellon, PhD serves as Chief Impact Officer, bringing extensive experience in building and strengthening community-centered systems of care. Her work focuses on aligning services, teams, and partnerships to improve access, quality, and measurable outcomes for clients and families.

She holds a BS in Marketing and Management, an MS in Human Resources, and a PhD in Administration and Organizational Development. Dr. Nellon’s background spans organizational leadership, behavioral health program development, and outcomes-driven service design. She collaborates closely with licensed clinicians, administrators, and community partners to advance trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and equitable behavioral health services.
