Gianni Leano, Virtual Executive Assistant

Gianni Leanno serves as the Executive Assistant to Michelle McCoy, LMFT, Founder and Clinical Director of Livewell Behavioral Health Counseling Center. In this role, she provides executive-level administrative support, helping coordinate daily operations, streamline organizational processes, and ensure the leadership team can effectively serve both clients and staff.

With previous experience supporting a behavioral health organization, Gianni has developed a strong understanding of healthcare operations, client care coordination, scheduling, and executive administration. She also played a key role in helping launch a behavioral health startup by assisting with organizational development, business registration, team building, and operational systems. 

In addition to her executive support experience, Gianni has a background in human resources, where she assisted with policy development, staff onboarding, interviewing, payroll, and compliance. She is known for her initiative, attention to detail, and ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows, making her an invaluable member of the Livewell team. 

Gianni earned both her undergraduate and graduate education from Tarlac State University in the Philippines. She is passionate about providing dependable, high-quality support and is committed to helping create a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for everyone who interacts with Livewell Behavioral Health.
