Tyri Haynie, M.S., APCC
Tyri Haynie earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology with an emphasis in Victimology and his Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from California State University, Fresno. He is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care.
Tyri has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including at-risk youth, ethnic minority populations, and individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. He specializes in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, utilizing Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Reality Therapy to help clients build resilience and achieve meaningful personal growth.
Prior to entering the mental health field, Tyri served as a first responder for more than four years, where he developed extensive experience in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and providing calm, supportive care during high-stress situations. His professional experiences have shaped his grounded, empathetic approach to helping others feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey.
