Will Muhammad graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2016. He subsequently earned in Masters in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in December 2018. Both degrees were earned at California State University, Fresno in Fresno, California. Will is currently a registered Associated Marriage and Family Therapist with the State of California. Will’s time as an associate therapist has afforded him experience working with a variety of populations. He has experience working with children addressing mental health issues in a school setting. He is registered with the California Associations of DUI Treatment Programs (CADTP) as a drug and alcohol counselor and has experience working with individuals suffering with addiction and co-occuring disorders. Willie’s long term goal to work with at-risk youth which is driven by his experiences during his childhood and adolescent years, which gave him insight and empathetic understanding for the need for mental health support for children. Will is a dedicated associate therapist with a passion of helping individuals live up to their full potential by addressing societal issues that may affect their ability to function on a daily basis. Will’s ability to engage individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities make him an effective associate therapist. Will primarily works from a Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic perspective.
